Usually my massage sessions include a blend of the popular forms of massage described below based on the clients needs and preferences


This form of massage decreases muscle tension while increasing circulation, and is known to be profoundly relaxing. This is the most common form of massage therapy practiced in the United States.

Deep Tissue

This form of massage utilizes deep muscle specific techniques for relief from chronic pain patterns.

Sports Massage

This is also a deep massage concentrating on the muscles used in a particular sport or activity, which includes stretching for those muscles.

Pregnancy Massage

This massage, which is done in a side lying position propped with pillows for comfort, helps to alleviate some of the common discomforts associated with pregnancy. It is also beneficial for increasing circulation which can be compromised during pregnancy.

Chair Massage

Chair massage are great for:

  • Reducing stress
  • Increasing energy
  • Improving morale
  • Increasing productivity
  • Decreasing absenteeism

We can come to you! Each massage lasts 10-15 minutes.  This is great for a

workplace – employees remained clothed, there are no oils or mess.
